ASOS Vouchers Prize Draw – April 2017:  TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Entrants must be UK residents or residents of the Republic of Ireland, over 18 and not employees (or members of their families) of CyDen Ltd, or anyone connected with the draw.
2. The prize draw is open to anyone who follows the detailed entry requirements, displayed on SmoothSkin’s Facebook page, available at https://www.facebook.com/SmoothSkinIPL/.
3. To enter, each person must agree to “like” SmoothSkin’s Facebook page, and like and comment on the realted Facebook post.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. One entrant will win £300 ASOS gift voucher. The prize is subject to availability and may change at any time without prior notice. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
6. The winner will receive an individual gift voucher code (1 x £300 gift voucher code) via email to register to your ASOS account as credit. An ASOS account will need to be set up to use the gift voucher (if you haven’t done this already).
7. The gift voucher must be redeemed when placing an order in GBP.
8.  The gift voucher will have its own expiry date, which will be made clear when the voucher is sent to you.
9. Gift vouchers can be used as part or full payment against eligible items on the ASOS websites (this does not include ASOS Marketplace or the purchase of other ASOS gift vouchers).
10. No cash refunds will be given but any balance remaining on your gift voucher is locked to your ASOS account and can be used against future purchases.

13. Promotion begins on Friday 14th April 2017 and ends on Friday 21st April 2017.
14. The closing date for the receipt of entries is Friday 21st April.  The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or n due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
15. ASOS are in no way liable in connection with the promotion.
16. The winner will be selected at random and contacted via email on Monday 24th April 2017. In the event that a winner fails to respond within three business days we will offer the prize to a subsequent winner. Winner will be announced on SmoothSkin social channels.
17. Judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. No purchase necessary.
19. The winner agrees to the use of their name and address and/or photograph for publicity/promotional purposes. No additional compensation will be awarded for such publicity/promotional purposes.
